Delivery and Payment Options
At MR MOTO, we offer free delivery in New Zealand on all orders over $99. Free shipping will be applied at checkout so if the items in your cart are valued at more than $99, your shipping will be free.
Delivery cost for orders under $99 is a flat rate of $10.
We understand that you want to receive your parts as quickly as possible and information about estimated shipping times are available at checkout. When items are in stock, we aim to get all orders shipped within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind delays over the Christmas/New Years Break.
We will communicate with you every step of the way the estimated delivery dates for your items so you can plan accordingly, and you will receive further information in your order confirmation email and subsequent delivery emails.
Click and Collect
We have click-and-collect available on all stocked items, however, it should be noted that not all items displayed online are available for immediate click-and-collect at our Pukekohe store.
Items marked “Available Online” are not stocked in-store and whilst they can be ordered for click and collect, it should be noted that items marked as below may take 1-3 days before they are available for in-store click and collect pickup:

Mon-Fri – 8am – 5pm
Sat – 9am – 1pm
Sun – Closed
You will be able to select the click and collect option as you proceed through the checkout process to delivery information.
Please make sure you select your preferred method of delivery at the checkout as this will ensure your order can be processed as quickly as possible and dispatched in a timely manner.
Payment Options
We offer a range of secure payment options to make the checkout process as quick and smooth as possible.
Once you are ready to checkout, you will be presented with a range of options including:

- G Pay

- Visa
- Mastercard
You can choose to express checkout using Shop Pay, PayPal, G Pay or Apple Pay or use traditional card payments using Mastercard and Visa.
Afterpay
We also offer the option to spread your payment across four interest-free payments using Afterpay. Signing up is easy and Afterpay is used across thousands of retailers worldwide. You can find out about spreading the cost of your purchase on individual product pages using Afterpay and then select the option at checkout and you will be taken to the Afterpay site to complete the transaction.
Afterpay is available for consumers over 18 years of age, is a New Zealand resident and must have a valid debit or credit card.
