How Do I Return an Item?

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days in the same condition that you received it. We will happily offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (subject to the conditions below).

Return Checklist (must be met for all returns/exchanges):

• The item is returned within 7 days of the initial purchase.

• All clothing and luggage must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging, undamaged and in new condition.

• The item is not listed on our non-returnable items list below.

• Items must not have been fitted to a bike or show any signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Dangerous goods items

• Electrical items

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Health and personal care items
